2025 – the “You’re taller than I thought” year
Wait, it’s January already?! It’s come out of nowhere for us as well, you’re not alone. Maybe because of how much fun we had and all the friends we met along the way!
Talking about meeting friends, it seems to have been the theme for our 2025. Meeting in person.
What a completely ordinary thing, right? Well, for a fully remote company like ours, seeing eye to eye is anything but.
In 2024, we wanted to deliver great service to great companies. Meeting, talking to, and understanding the people behind those companies has definitely made that happen.

conferences we attended. Now, we’re getting to the gist of that “meeting-in-person” theme of this year. Starting out with visiting conferences in London and Bratislava.

We made several dedicated trips to find our clients and meet them to better understand what they’re struggling with.
Sometimes, it was just around the corner of one of our offices.
But more often than that, we had to move our bums overseas and contend with jet-lag. Well worth it in either case.

Christmas meetups!
Those seem to have turned into a winter tradition. Cozy little meetups organised near our offices. Any Panaxeans can come, though, especially those of us who barely know what an office looks like.

And yes, hip packs are cool again, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
Fully remote works wonders for us, and it’s not going to change any time soon.
But by being so present in person this year, we’ve probably rediscovered the magic that happens when communication extends beyond audio, video, and text.
