We are looking for someone who understands the IT environment and enjoys finding new opportunities.
Someone who knows how to approach clients, understand their problems, and connect them with the team that can solve them.
Someone who will help build Panaxeo in a way that allows us to keep working on meaningful projects, building our company culture, and gaining satisfied clients.
What will your job be like?
Actively look for new clients (outreach, events, conferences, community management) and meet with them (online and offline), while keeping up the momentum (follow-ups, calls, meetings).
Collaborate with developers and the delivery team on designing solutions.
Draft proposals and bring deals to a successful close.
Represent the company externally at events or networking opportunities.
Develop existing contacts (upsell/cross-sell where it makes sense)
Monitor trends in IT and turn them into business opportunities.
Travel: occasional physical presence in the US, in-person meetings with clients within and outside the EU.

You have experience in IT sales.
You understand, at least on a basic level, how software development works.
You are proactive and chase opportunities / have a hands-on approach.
You can work independently.

You are comfortable in a relaxed company culture with very few “one-size-fits-all” solutions, and where a people-first approach is valued.
You are comfortable with remote and asynchronous work (with the option of using an office).
You are extremely comfortable in English, almost at a second-native-language level.
