What will your job be like?
You will work on a US-based digital product saving lives by speeding up the processes that introduce new medicine to the market.
You will build, maintain, and support all environments that host the platform.
You will join our SK/CZ team of 15+ engineers and communicate with our US counterparts.
You’ll tap into your knowledge of .NET (.NET, .NET Framework, ASP.NET). If you’ve ever worked with JavaScript (Angular), it will come in handy. There are relational databases, too.
You’ll lead a team of 3–5 engineers and help both tech and non-tech stakeholders understand what your team does and what it needs. So, communication!
You’ll guarantee quality delivery in code reviews.
You’ll help the team design and architect the best solution based on what’s required.
When necessary, you’ll jump in to resolve critical and complex incidents.
You’ll also standardise a pragmatic use of AI within your team.
This is a cow of a project. A million lines of code and so on. It’s big.
You will work in an agile setup using Scrum, with only a few fixed meeting times. Although the industry is heavily regulated, we’re doing our best to make it as flexible as possible.
Are we a match?
We value a problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking above specific technology experience.
That said, this position is best suited for someone with strong, current hands-on experience in the .NET ecosystem (working directly with legacy codebases, refactoring, and incrementally modernizing).
Are you an AI enthusiast with an interest in leveraging AI in software development? Open to exploring AI-driven features or tooling within the project?
Do you take ownership of technical outcomes and delivery quality?
Are you comfortable working in a mixed environment of legacy and modern systems?
Do you mind collaborating closely with product owners and stakeholders?
Are you able to step in when necessary? From architecture workshops to debugging production issues.
Sometimes, you’ll need to talk to people and clearly explain what’s wrong.
You’re not afraid to multi-task, and you know how to prioritize a changing mix of short-, medium-, and long-term objectives.
Are you comfortable with a remote setup? That means working remotely all the time. You can use one of our offices, sure, but your team members might be in a different location. We’ve written about our remote culture in our blog, check it out.
You’re super comfortable with English. You read books in English, and your favorite podcast is in English, too.
What are you getting yourself into?
It will be fine, we promise! Panaxeo started because we hated uninspiring tech and bland projects. Let us introduce ourselves!
