What will your job look like?
You’ll be the mastermind beyond software development projects, facilitating sprints & release delivery.
You’ll keep things in line so that all projects are delivered on time, in scope, and within budget.
You’ll have the assistance of engineers, architects, and other parties included in the project whenever you need it.
You’ll join a team where the people know each other and work well together.
Are we a match?
Do you have a solid technical background with experience in custom software development and web technologies?
Can you lead a team to deliver the most valuable solutions possible increment by increment?
Do you know how to keep the Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings on track, so they remain efficient and purposeful?
Smooth client-oriented and internal communication skills help a lot. (Sometimes, you might need to soothe an engineer in distress or reassure a client.)
When things pop up that block the team from making progress (technical hurdles, organizational issues, even just distractions), you can jump in to clear the way.
Got any experience in leading multiple teams?
Are you comfortable with a remote setup? That means working remotely all the time. You can use one of our offices, sure, but your team members might be in a different location. We’ve written about our remote culture in our blog, check it out.
