What will your job be like?

• You will work on the backend of a legal software project with international reach.

• You will be part of a small team, all working remotely.

• You can set up your workflow and schedule as you see fit.

• There is no mandatory office time; work from wherever you work best.

• You will work on upgrading existing systems to modern standards.

• Node.js and React will become your daily bread.

• Apache, PHP, Symfony, Doctrine, and MySQL might come in handy but are not a must.

Are we a match?

• Do you prefer to work in a small, close-knit team where every person has a crucial role?

• Are you comfortable with AI-assisted development (mostly Claude Code) but still like to be responsible for the output?

• We value a problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking above specific technology experience.

• That being said, this position is best suited for someone who is confident with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.

• Experience with other frameworks is a plus.

• Are you familiar with AWS and containerized environments?

• This is a Full-Stack position.

• Are you fine with taking ownership of your code? (Especially when it’s made with a little bit of AI help?)

• Can you work independently without getting overwhelmed in a team setting?
