Our partner, GEFCO, needed to ease employee communications during the Covid-19 era. We conceived and shipped two fully tailored mobile apps that have seen great success within days of being launched.

GEFCO has since been acquired by CEVA Logistics, but the app – MyGEFCO, is still going strong.

An invaluable tool to nurture, inform and engage a distributed workforce. MyGEFCO unifies the workflows for internal communication teams, providing them with all the tools they need to keep their 1,500 employees happy & engaged.

For employees, MyGEFCO is a genuinely personal way to experience the company. It is a modern, digital-first way to remain informed, interact with co-workers, and find vital information.

With thousands of employees, corporate contact books can quickly turn into the Yellow pages. Yet, we managed to greatly simplify the process of finding the right people quickly in MyGEFCO. Search by name, role, or anything you know about the person — the apps have got you covered.

Access all HR information in one place

Vacation policies, codes of conduct, on-site regulations; the amount of HR information can sometimes feel overwhelming.

The MyGEFCO applications took on the challenge with a granular, neatly organized, and personalized approach. Each employee only sees the information relevant to them, intuitively grouped by topics.

The most advanced "Suggestion box" there has ever been

We removed all the physical barriers and made a truly excellent suggestion box. Anyone can now use the application to share their idea and get noticed.

Suggestions are assigned for evaluation to special quality coordinators based on the sender's position in the company. To ensure no idea gets unnoticed, the sender's supervisor and a global quality coordinator also get a copy.

Employees can:

  • Suggest improvements from a simple form

  • Attach media to strengthen their case

Administrators can:

  • Use custom rules to distribute suggestions to the relevant people

  • Export all suggestions in CSV (including comprehensive metadata)
