What started as a card manager in 2019 evolved into a full-fledged mobile banking suite. RaiPay is everything payment-related for Raiffeisen Bank clients under one roof.

The Partner
RPC – the provider of innovative and reliable card services to members of Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI), partnered up with Panaxeo to create RaiPay.
Being a digital delivery centre for card issuing, card acquiring, and digital payments, RPC securely processes transactions from Raiffeisen Bank cards or payment devices in Albania, Austria, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Serbia, Hungary, and Kosovo.
The Mission
What began as a tool to empower Raiffeisen Bank’s clients with a secure, swift, user-friendly mobile wallet evolved into a feature-packed mobile banking suite. New features keep rolling in, along with new fintech standards and evolved design thinking. RaiPay always adapts to do what its users need it to do.

Later, Raiffeisen introduced its own design system, and we transitioned RaiPay into it.

P2P Money transfer
Need to split the bill? Or pay a buddy back? Tap your phones together with NFC or scan their card number. Simple and easy.
Card Connections
Where is your card information stored? Can you trust all of those merchants?
The Card Connections feature allows you to view all your subscriptions and repeated payments. No need to use the merchant’s website. Your card information is always under your own control.
Custom NFC experience
without Google
Need an additional layer of security in NFC payments? Set. Do you want them as fast and seamless as possible instead? Say no more.
Perhaps something in between? RaiPay lets you customize how you pay with your Android phone.
Loyalty cards
Drugstore, pharmacy, hardware store… Nobody has that much physical space in their wallet.
RaiPay can store all of those cards virtually. Scan the barcode, QR code, or find the card manually.
Digital cards
Need a virtual card in addition to your regular debit card? Consider it done.
Create a digital card. Keep it or delete it later, up to you.

Raiffeisen Group’s banks from the Czech Republic, Austria, Serbia, Croatia, Kosovo, Albania, and Hungary already use RaiPay.
RaiPay is a modular platform. Individual countries can adopt the modules that make sense for their market and let us customize them. Because what users expect from a banking app in Serbia might be very different from what customers in Austria or Hungary prioritize.
